Chocolate Sauce

portion (¾ cup) 6

 100g (1/2 cup) sugar
 11 g (2 tablespoons) cocoa
 28 g (2 tablespoon) butter
 1/4 cup of milk
 1 tablespoon corn syrup
 A pinch of salt

In a small saucepan, combine sugar and cocoa.

Add the butter, milk, syrup and salt, bring to a boil, stirring constantly and boil for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Let cool to room temperature before serving. This sauce will keep for a week in the fridge.
